BIC Concludes Successful Annual Shareholder Meeting

BIDV Insurance Corporation held its annual shareholder meeting on the morning of April 7, 2011. The meeting saw the attendance of 92 shareholders and authorized representatives, accounting for 89.84% of BIC voting right shares. Representatives from the Insurance Management and Control Department (Ministry of Finance), BIDV, and BIC headquarters staff and subsidiaries in Hanoi were also present.
