- BIC Binh An is an insurance solution exclusively designed for individual customers (including family members) of Credit Institutions. The product helps customers and their loved ones secure peace of mind against all risks related to life and health, providing comprehensive protection for the whole family.
- Note:
+ The product is provided by BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) to the customers of Credit Institutions.
+ The website only provides general information and basic contents of the product. Insurance benefits, scope of coverage, terms, conditions, and exclusions of insurance liability are specified in detail in the Insurance Contract / Certificate of Insurance issued by BIC.
Insured Persons
- Customers of Credit Institutions and their relatives (including spouses, biological parents, biological children).
- Vietnamese citizens or foreigners legally residing in Vietnam.
- Aged from 18 to 65 years old at the inception date of the insurance period.
- Not suffering from permanent injuries or disabilities of 50% or more; not suffering from mental illness or other diseases resulting in the inability to perceive and control their behavior.
Requested Period of Insurance
- Participation period: Flexible according to the customer's needs.
- Insurance period: Maximum of 01 year.
Benefits and Maximum Sum Insured
Main Insurance Benefits
1. Death, permanent total bodily disability due to accident; disappearance due to accident, natural disaster: VND 4 billion
2. Non-accidental death, including:
- Death due to special diseases, epidemics: VND 200 million
- Death not due to special diseases, epidemics: VND 200 million
Allowances
1. Hospitalization allowance due to accident: VND 200,000/day (maximum 30 days/year)
2. Comprehensive companion allowance: VND 60 million
3. Funeral expense allowance: VND 2 million

The sum insured depends on the insurance benefit package chosen by the customer.
Waiting Period
- Accident: Not applicable

Registration Dossier
- Customers declare information and sign fully on the "Insurance Request Form" of BIC.
- No health appraisal is required prior to joining the insurance; insurance is issued immediately upon the customer's completion of registration.
